🛒 Ordering & Payment
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favorite items (like earphones, smart watches, or power banks) to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase securely.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods depending on your region.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately at trigonist4@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to modify or cancel it before processing. Once the order is shipped, changes are no longer possible.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Trigonist ships worldwide. No matter where you are, we’ll get your products delivered to your doorstep.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times are:

6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that link to check your shipment’s status at any time.
7. What if I haven’t received my order yet?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, please check your tracking link or contact your local post office. Still no luck? Email us at trigonist4@gmail.com and we’ll investigate right away.

8. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns for unwanted items are accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and within the return window. Please contact us to start the return process.
10. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
